Shipping Policy
Our primary shipping service is Business Post.
Although we do use Royal Mail for smaller items.
Delivery Time
Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:
- "Availability". Every product on our website "Usually Ships in 2-3 days". For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.
- The method of delivery - our
shipping method is either Business Post or Royal Mail . Business Post
is next working day; Royal Mail is up
to 5 business days, and there are several options for Overnight
delivery
based on the time of day to be delivered.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
Free Shipping Offers
Orders over £50 on our site ship for free every day. This offer
applies to "Standard Shipping" which will be Business Post or Royal Mail.
Calculating Cost
We do not profit from shipping. If you ask for Rush shipping, or if we're shipping your order next day, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the amount you spend.Returns
If you request a Credit on an item we have supplied correctly to you, but it is surplus to your requirements, we will authorise a credit subject to a 10% handling charge. If the item sent to you is faulty, a replacement will be sent out . Refunds are calculated on the Nett cost price of the item plus Vat and we will not refund any shipping costs incurred during this process. Goods must be returned in original unopened packaging including any documents contained within and a Credit will be paid once goods are received and inspected.
If you return an item and wish for it to be replaced with another item you will have to pay for the delivery cost to us, then you will be CHARGED for delivery back to you.
